I've said that for a long time dear that the "agreement" was just for the purposes of making some Serbs feel happy that they achieved something LOL

I can GUARANTEE you that EULEX will stick to its agreement, but I await to see your Albanian police or customs take up positions. So far my predictions have been right

They are getting there on their own, without anybodies help and will remain there for ever.
