There's no "Vlach" nation or "Vlach" nation. These people are Romanians and should receive the rights that serbs enjoy in Romania.

What rights would they be?

Hey, I invite Romania to stir up trouble here in Australia demanding schools and their own church. How far do you think this would fly?
No western country would allow this and yet we have all these silly eastern countries punching above their weight. Reminds me of a story when a mouse fell into a barrel of wine and then challenged a cat to a fight.
If the key players in the EU want Serbia in they will tell Romania to shut up. If they don't they they are not above using Romania to do their dirty work and bark for them.

"In North America, Serbs pay for their own schools/churches. "

In Romania, the government pays for Serbian schools and they are allowed to have their own churches. The problem with the churches wasn't paying for them, but allowing them.

Romanian-speaking Vlachs do not have Romanian-language schools, they were not able to establish a Romanian-language (Orthodox) church, there have been cases where their identity was switched without their consent on electoral rolls ... In Timok, not Vojvodina, where things are better.

In North America, Serbs pay for their own schools/churches. Are these Romanians going to pay for their own schools/churches or are they expecting the Serbia to pay for them?

" What rights are not given? What more rights would I as a Serb have in Romania, or even Germany?

"On Thursday, a Belgrade daily reported that Romania was ready to block Serbia's bid to become a candidate for EU membership over issues related to the Vlach minority."

Problems with Romanains now, too?

When will it stop?
