Can somebody from B92 reports in more details about the other major topics of these negotiations. I do not think that the fussnote or * was the real core of the negotiations. I think this "succeess" of the Serbian diplomacy is not what Serbian public want to hear. What about the border controll, free movement in the north, barricades, elections, privatisation etc.

Absolutely right. There was more to it than meets the eye. The real agenda to work the details of integrated border management, which is no good for north mitro Serbs.Prety much , Belgrade politicians started giving a hint that no longer elections will be held in Kosova for K-Serbs. Bye,bye north mitro and welcome to your real country called Kosova.

1244 gets killed by ICJ the only good thing is about 1244 is thet don't geve right to serbia to orgonize election inside kosovo borders thet mean serbia can get eu candidat status with out kosovo so what countrys constatution sayd thet its okay to joy europian union with out kosovo/vojvodina ore etc this is only on serbian consetution i'gess

Kosovo will be only represented under UN1244 which says Kosovo is Serbia and the ICJ opinion doesn`t say anything about the status but of the right of making all kinds of declarations!
Nowhere it says that the Serbs elections will not be held in Kosovo or that Serb institutions will leave,forget about that,it is not going to happen!

Even though I am a SNS supporter I think this is a good deal for us Serbs,we are now going to get candidate status which will make our position even stronger while our southern province will be kept isolated like before!

How does the ICJ ruling nullify UNSCR 1244? Is this bases on Venusian intergalactic law?

That's great that Serbs are happy too; Albanians are happy, so everybody is happy with the agreement - finally we found the harmony between Serbs and Albanians.

Just a small correction, UNSC Resolution 1244 says nowhere "Kosovo is Serbia/Yugoslavia", at least not in the Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish versions. You must have read that in the Serbian version, but unfortunately that is not an official language of the UNSC.

Just a small correction, UNSC Resolution 1244 says nowhere "Kosovo is Serbia/Yugoslavia", at least not in the Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish versions. You must have read that in the Serbian version, but unfortunately that is not an official language of the UNSC.
