"“We are fully ready to reach an agreement and compromise that would be in line with the interests of both sides. Just like before, we will move within the framework of Resolution 1244 (UN Security Council), the Serbian Constitution and the national interests,” he explained."

Finally he got the point that 1244 comes first and put it first in the list...

Keep dreaming, Kosova. Eulex has said it will not transport your customs boys and girls - how do plan on getting there then, a magic carpet, or smuggled in by Albanian human-traffickers?

Leave that concern to the Albanians, mate - they don't need your help to solve it; they are masters of smuggling as you well know LOL so one way or another the customs officials are and will be at the borders because UNMIK has said so and, as we all know, Serbs and Albanians are strong supporters of UNMIK.

As for EULEX, you got it correct mate and used the word "said". It does not mean that's what they will or will not do. They have said many things in the past and done the opposite as many Serb posters have pointed out in these forums. Unfortunately, nobody has a way to enforce that - what you're going to do ? Are you going to pack and take position at the crossings and roads in Kosovo and check birth certificates of people LOL And even if you do that, it's way too easy for Thaci's corrupt government to issue false birth certificates with Serb names LOL

But if all you needed was Eulex to SAY something to you to make you happy, I don't think anybody has an issue with that.

“Our position is that the crossings should serve their function but should not have the elements of national border crossings,” the head of Belgrade's negotiating team said.

Is he saying what I think he is saying?
Borko, why don't you come clean for the sake of ordinary Serbs and tell them , that; there will be KP and Kosova Customs officers at both crossings.

"Commenting on Priština's team running 24 hours late for the talks, Stefanović said that Brussels had explained that the reasons for that were technical and the Belgrade team had believed them."

Good for Serbia.

Kosovo MUST do exactely the same when it comes to compliance to Kosovo Constitution.

Strict RECIPROCITY relationship with Serbia is a way forward.

Serbia policy is purely to drag the whole process of good relationships, it doesn't want to officially recognise Kosovo independence so should Kosovo do towards Serbia and quite franly forget about these "talks". Serbia really needs them to gain time for EU candidacy.

Do we really need another Macedonia dispute name and another Cyprus?
