Justice minister: Serbia could settle in Taton case

I hope they dont settle out of court. Suing Serbia publicaly is the best thing that can happen. Once Serbia loses and has to fork over the cash this trial will have set a precedent for the future. Maybe now Serbia will not sit on the sidelines while their animalistic people assault, beat, rob and murder opposing teams players. Time for Serbia to provide "real" security for the fans.

First, I mistakenly wrote "player" rather than "fan". Second, since when is it a crime to comment on topics that interest me? Let me guess? Im not "pure Serbian" therefor I forfeit the ability to comment at B92 a news source? Why don't you just hold a referendum and vote to not "accept the view points of those other than yourself"? Maybe erect some information superhighway "barricades" to prevent the movement of ideas.

You need a lifesaving injection of facts! In true Serbian form you try to minimize the seriousness of the crime. This poor guy was MURDERED. End of story. His parents want justice and Serbia doesn't deliver on that. They handout laughable jail sentences to the perpetrators of this crime. With the justice system operating the way that it does in Serbia its no wonder that criminals operate without fear. The penalties do not match the crimes. There is nothing to deter people from committing crimes when the penalty is so weak.
