Not only in the Hague, there have been cases where even Serbian prosecution tried persons who committed war crimes in Kosovo. While in Kosovo, those persons are even part of the former and/or current government.

After reading your comments where you mentioned the negative side to SOME Albanians ( being involved with drugs, sex slaves etc) and though what I'm about to ask may be somewhat sidetracking the issue but might you or at least someone else allege that some or many (but not all) Albanian school students yell, talk back or utter obscenities at a teacher.I'll provide some examples (and no these particular students involved aren't Albanian whatsoever.)

It was back in 8th grade where one day my social studies teacher expected us students to bring in newspaper clippings and to describe what that particular news articles were about. However there was this one particular student who instead brought a cut out photo from a department store flyer featuring an advertisement for wine glasses.Evidently enough the teacher didn't accept it and that student's reaction was to call the teacher a "fu***ng bi**h". The classes' reaction was shock and when she somehow found out what he called her she kicked him out of the classroom.I certainly recall that a week or so later that the same student was made to read a note in front of the class and the same teacher to apologize for insulting her.The school principal responded by informing him that the school board found the student's behavior to be malicious.

The final incident to mention was the same year of my high school graduation that some student in my English class didn't feel like listening or participating so I believe he volunteered to leave the classroom and as he was walking away from his desk the teacher told him words to the effect of "If you're not going to listen or participate you're welcome to leave." So what was his reaction? His reaction was yelling "Shut up!!",also, I heard him say "f**k" and opened the door and slammed it with all his might where I thought the door would break off the hinges but instead the door just didn't close properly.Later when I met him by chance in the restroom I asked "Has anyone ever told you you freak out?" Proudly he replied "Yeah I freak out."

Finally that's the question ,is someone going to allege that some Albanian school students are "mouthy" with their teachers like some of these students who I described from above? In all honesty I've never heard cases of Albanian students who are prone to disrespecting school officials in such a manner. But then again "something" tells me that schools in Albania & Kosovo may not tolerate such behavior from students.

anvi,
what about the 500,000 serbs killed in ww2 by your team and your allies?

anyone hear the pin drop?
if 6000000=genocide and 8000=genocide then clearly a 1000 order of magnitude results in the same thing. so when you claim 10 to be small, 10 is eqivalent to 10000 according to magnitudinal logic...
so then why say 10 is small, when so is 10,000

There aren't 10,000 - 20,000 Albanians killed. Nothing from Albanians about an apology, or an arrest.

You serbs make a big deal and cry for 10 serbs were killed what about you serbs killed 10.000 Albanian in Kosovo maybe world shold launched investigation on Serbia, This story was publieshed in B 92 to drow attention on EU for 10 serbs EU learnd serbs propaganda and old derty politics EU dos not buy this any more.

The EU mission in Kosovo, EULEX, launched a new investigation, while the head of a team of prosecutors said the case was handled by the office of the special prosecutor, and that they had "no clear suspects", adding that "it was not possible that only one person stood behind what happened in Livadice".

Not only one person, but one of many gangs of criminals and/or violent extremists that enjoy all freedom in Kosovo without being bothered by police and justice.
