U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton noted in her message that her country and Serbia "share a long history of friendly ties and cooperation based on mutual interest and respect". Yes, and say thanks to your husband, Hillary, for bombing the hell out of Yugoslavia, because he screwed up so miserably in BiH, and needed political points - based a long history of friendly ties and cooperation and mutual interest and respect, of course.
