Am I the only one that read a couple threats against the northern minorities? It is critical of you sir to say that the rest of Kosovo isn't an ally to the minorities up north because our institutions are not functional in that part of Kosovo. Furthermore, Kosovars would welcome the integration of these remaining minorities.

Kosovars and the Government of Kosovo are in direct conflict with the Government of Serbia, full stop. Pay close attention to the fact that I'm not saying Kosovars are in conflict with Serbs but only in conflict with their so-called government.

“In the manner Serbs have showed that they do not respect institutions which are in charge of them and which are their only safe partner and friend,” Ivanović said.

You know what this means? It means its an "internal matter". The Serbs should send in the military ala Srebernica! You show the northern Serbs who's boss! LOL

I've followed this case with wonder. If referendum isn't illegal according the laws it's legal.

And who will be surprised of its outcome? Does someone want to play ignorant here?

It's also is a civil right to show mistrust towards state institutions. Nothing exceptional in a democratic country. More difficult in North Korea.

No matter does it lead anywhere, people have right to express they opinions. Yes, there exist certain accepted limitations to that right but now we are nowhere near such reasons.

We can say this referendum is stupid or clever or whatever in between. But it's not criminal.

In the manner Serbs have showed that they do not respect institutions which are in charge of them and which are their only safe partner and friend,” Ivanović said.

Furthermore, there is also the international community which did not support their referendum, and the question arises who their allies will be, as ethnic Albanians are certainly not among them, he added.

So Ivanovic is saying that 1)Serbs should "trust" the government because they know best.....and 2)the international community will not be happy to be questioned- after all, they (a.k.a. Germany and the EU) also know best.
HOW IS THAT ALL BEEN WORKING OUT?????????
