The truth is the EU economy will be lucky to revive by 2019/2020 at the earliest and that is a fact. In the case of the US, only God knows as it’s in such a mess that it would take years just to find out the true level of debt held by the Federal and State governments.
The west is no longer the holder of world finances as it has been passed onto Asia and this has made any early recovery impossible.
