Serbia has managed to secure additional quantities of electricity from Macedonia, but it is still necessary for the citizens to conserve electricity.

For once a reader (Amer) has a point, is factual, is not going into vague political discourse or does not get hysterical with some nationalistic statement, 10 people judge his comment as bad. Amer you are not mythological enough to comment the news of the region!

Perhaps it might help to add what some of these recommendations might be.
