EU mediator in the Belgrade-Priština dialogue Robert Cooper and head of the Belgrade negotiating team Borislav Stefanović conferred in Vienna on Wednesday.
"The agreement on Priština's regional representation is a precondition which Serbia has to fulfill in order to get the EU candidate status early in March."
Some people believe that Serbia wasn't given cadidate status because of several wounded German KFOR soldiers. As we can see it wasn't the case, while implicit recognition of Kosovo was. Now Germany demands fulfilling of Prishtina's cantidions from Serbia
