Big freeze continues, ice forms on large rivers

This '' Siberian'' winter is an acute situation in Serbia and it is really a difficult circumstance that requires involving both man power , material and financial means. However, such heavy snowfalls and low temperatures cause consequences, which gives rise to municipal, town and republican headquarters to brace for it. Consequently, in the mountainous regions there will be avalanches, landslides , house demolition; roads and vehicles may be deeply covered by snow and the emergency headquarters should cause controlled avalanches and engage manpower and machinery to clear snow after that. When the snow starts melting , there will be floods .Have local communities cleaned and deepened the channels and river banks to receive all water. By the way,it reminds me of Dinkic’s'' law'' of regionalization that doubled the funding for the local communities, and instead of using of the money for fuel and utilities, local Šojićs shared 13th salary and paid great sums of money to folk- song singers for New Year’s eve and now they are complaining that they have no fuel, especially machinery, (with the exception of Sjenica ,Nova Varoš, Ivanjica) and the Republic is supplying them with fuel, Belgrade has lent them machinery.
