Serbia should ask for the Kumanovo agreement to be scrapped before any talk resume, or agreements are implemented, and Serbia should ask for 1,999 Serbian soldiers and police to enter North Kosovo.

Furthermore, Serbia must insist on every word of the Serbian Constitution and the Six Point Plan for Kosovo to be fully respected and obeyed instead of the America Indian type Treaties and Methods that are designed to help the Puppets and Traitors give away Kosovo, for the Worthless Trinket of European Union Candidate.

Kosovo should stick to its constitution name in its representation "Republic of Kosovo" and not allowing itself to be under represented internationally. Why would I ask for any Milosevic plan for a Kosovo-free Kosovo, when Milosevic never had such a plan, nor did the Overwhelming Majority of Serbian People back then, nor do the Overwhelming Majority of Serbian People including myself ever wanted or want an Albanian-free Kosovo?

The Descent World would like the Albanians to stop speaking things they know are not true, and if they are ignorant of any Facts, then they should discover the facts, like what happened to the Innocent Serbs of Krajina.

If the Albanians are Deliberate Liars, or if they are Ignorant, then they Cannot Under Any Circumstances qualify to have Serbian recognize Kosovo, and if those Albanians who have been mislead one day realise the facts, then they will want Autonomy as Serbian Citizens, and they will apologize for their unintentional Slanders that were not Malicious, but which they thought were true, because of Western Propaganda.

In the Second World War, Hitler wanted the Jews in Northern Europe to have the Same Rights as the Jews in Southern Europe, and His Recipe for Atrocity was called Reciprocity, because it was the European Standards of those days.

Committee members are expected to consider a report about the Serbian government's activities aimed at stabilizing the situation in Kosovo from November 1, 2011 until January 31 this year.

This is a regular report which the government submits to the parliament to inform it about the activities that are being undertaken to stabilize the situation in Kosovo.
