Doctors arrested for taking bribes

The Serbian police on Monday arrested four doctors of the General Hospital in Užice, western Serbia, on suspicion that they solicited and received bribes.

They only arrested 4 doctors? You need to arrest all of them.
Doctors taking bribes is standard practice in the Balkans. You can wait all day at the doctors, but if you provide some extra money to grease the wheels you can get moved to the front of the line very quickly.

My Grandfather was in hospital and the nurses didn't even want to look at him until we opened our wallets.

The system needs to be overhauled completely and real management employed to ensure the work is done properly and fairly.
