No, without Russia's and China's recognition, Kosovo will never become a worldwide accepted state, i.e. UN member. About being a black whole: This can only change with other politicians who are not corrupt and connected to their local mafia clans like the current ones in Pristina, but this doesn't depend on a recognition. Taiwan, for example, is not internationally recognized but still a prosperous and respectable country, while some corrupt African UN member states (for example those that were bribed by Pacolli to recognize Kosovo) can fairly be called 'black holes'.

Once Serbia is willing to recognise officially Kosovo independence then there can be serious talks about anything. Otherwise it will be a waste of time and parties will be suspicious all the time towards each other.

If Kosovo is a Serbian province guaranteed by Res 1244 then why is Serbia even wasting its time to try and persuade other countries not to recognize Kosovo independence???

It seems the you European dream is over! Do you also have the same feeling? I have two sincere recommendations for you:
1) Do you know that the fact that your state is not recognizing Kosovo means that your country and you leaders thinks that Mr. Milosevic was not bad enough. Indeed with this the whole innocent Serbian peoples are getting criminalized. Yes! It mean that Milosevic was not better or worst than you. Milosevic only happened to be in charge but the crime was done by all of you. Friends use you logic and say no to radicals say no to Tadic and face the truth. Kosovo is indeed rightfully a state, everyone knows that.

2. The second suggestion is an alternative if the first one is ignored. Why don't you propose the revival of Soviet Union? If you are not ready to face the truth and distanciate with the crimes done in the past by your own country than you are no better than the former Soviet Union bloody hands of Stalinists. So my friend, be real for once, show your real ugly faces to the world.

My suggestions are not based on my personal ego. I already know how you all look like. The World wants to know once and for all whether Serbia is going to move to the west or east.
