Not really. Where's the money? If you decided to wear burka's and stay at home, the saudis and friends will maybe pay a bit more. No-one else is going to give Pristina money-for-nothing.

What happened? I thought the albos had nothing to discuss. Looks like their sponsors are running out of money. I wait for the day when unemployed americans find out about who their government was wasting taxpayer dollars on.

Please, do not comment on B92 anymore, for you are a voice of hate and agitation, and not reconciliation.
(winston, 5 February 2012 22:43)

Wow and you are a voice of peace, understanding and reconciliation ?? Yeeh sure...

And to other who dream that US and Germany will collapse and then Serbia can claim Kosova Dream on together with the talibans. The arabs dream the same so theu can claim Israel and Jerusalem. Their dream has never come true.

Albanians have never had the support of an superpower like Russia and we still have managed to survive. And we will survive even is US comes to a point where it cannot support us. We will allways have Kosova since we are the natural owners of the land. That's why we live there and do not leave it even when it get's hot. We dont need churches to claim the land. Whuy did you serbs leave ''your cradle Kosovo'' ?

You serbs have occupied Kosova in the past with Russian support. Without Russia you are nothing.

Not really. The west, and in particular, America is on the verge of collapse. When the time comes that they can barely defend their own borders anymore (I predict, for a number of factors, that martial law will be declared in parts of the US this year which will herald the beginning of the end for their aggressive plans for empire) they will withdraw from the places in the world that they do not belong, like Kosovo. When that happens Serbia will reclaim it. Kosovo always returns to Serbia, this is not the first time it has been taken.

Wow, Roberto. Your rants on B92 are phenomenal. I have never heard more self-serving, biased comments from a person claiming to be a reporter. As a reporter, you should be unbiased, and not a hate advocator. Please, do not comment on B92 anymore, for you are a voice of hate and agitation, and not reconciliation.

Sir Azem Vlasi. Kosovo is not a state. It is maybe to you and quite a few others. But for United Nations Security Council and the vast majority of countries in the world, its not.
I am more and more convinced that Kosovo as a whole will never ever be a country. Fact.

Kosova is a state in the eyes of 22 EU member states including Germany. If Serbia wants to be a part of EU then Serbia knowes what to do.

Neither is time nor finance is on the so called Kosova side. The Germans are very fickle people where money is concerned and as all can see they are trying to reign in EU states spending like drunken sailors on a Saturday night, your so called Kosova has the proverbial clock ticking in that Berlin will look for the easiest way out of this mess by handing it over to someone else.

These recognitions are not worth the paper.

In fact, democratic forces are in power in Belgrade. Only Pristina is the place where undemocratic election fakers, old people from the wartime and alleged war criminals are still in power, after 10 years.

What will Serbia do? They will join the EU without the disputed, unrecognized territory in the south - just like Cyprus did with the territory in the North that has a similar international status as Kosovo.
(Analyst, 5 February 2012 16:31)

I doubt that northern Cyprys is recognizes as an independent state by 22 EU member states. So it's far from similar international status as Kosova has.You can fool your self with your belives but not me.

And if you belive that Serbia will be an EU member without recognizing Kosova you must have an wishfull thinking. Serbia cannot even get Eu candidate status without recognizing Kosova indirectly.

Kosova is a state and the sooner you realise that the better. You will save time for your self and everybody. Kosova independence will not change!!

Sorry, Demi, Kosovo is not a state - just ask the UN. An Albanian independent state of Kosovo has been recognized by the USA and its allies, but few else. That does not make Kosovo an independent state. The USA acted in Kosovo for their own geo-political greed, and nothing else. Forget the "humanitarian intervention" bullshit. The US always likes to put a Hollywood spin on their actions. In any case, I do not see Kosovo on this list: http://www.un.org/en/members/

If we have to wait until tadic stops acting like slobo milosevic (or the wife), then those talks will not be happening for a very long time indeed.

Vlasi barely escaped w/ his life in '99 -- i met him and interviewed him 2 years ago, and it is quite an amazing story. unfortunately some 12,000 other kosovar albanians were not so lucky, and at least 1,000 continue to be "missing" which means they (their remnants) are either lying in additional mass graves in dear serbia, or have long ago been burned in industrial furnaces at trepca, mackatica and other locations in southern serbia.

they have desperately attempted to cover this up to outsiders, to play the old bait and switch, and push their SMEAR report, and too many ppl have fallen for it. but the truth will ultimately come out, and even all of their forces and energies and lies cannot stop it.

it ia (apparently) true that 100s of members of other ethnicities remain missing, and the answers to this must also be found. but not as belgrade/moscow/del ponte/marty proceed.

at some point, IF actual democratic forces take over in belgrade, there will be a sea change and some kind of regional truth commission will emerge. have no idea how long it will take, and meantime the common ppl suffer as always.
