Del Ponte destroyed evidence, chief prosecutor claims

So where did she get the "evidence" that was destroyed later with her authorisation???? This women sound as lunatic. She is at 100% disposal of Serbian propaganda which activates her each time Serbia is in difficulty in negotiations with Kosova.

It would be nice to remind people of what these "evidence" consisted:

1 needle
some bendages
antibiotics
pain relief pills

VERY "unusual" things for a house of large family in rural area where the closest doctor is 40-50 min far.

Thus women is a joke and needs to brought in a court room.

I think it is more like your house burns down and you are in total shock and the investigator says why is there gas and matches in the trunk of the car.
when this surfaced originally back in 2007 it was documented then that it was under Del Ponte's direction that the evidence be photographed and catalogued and then destroyed as this would serve the same purpose as the evidence itself. But it was also established that the evidence did not come from the Yellow House itself but from a dumpsite some kms away.
The other interesting thing is at the time it was said that some 300 pieces now it is reported that some 1000. Also it was said that a single vial of tranxene was found now it is several bottles of medicine. Funny how destroyed evidence grows, isn't it.
Marty in his report says that the number of possible victims is less than thought. He said the numbers would be in the tens and not the hundreds but the Serbian/russian media still report more than 500.

So if nothing happened in that YELLOW house - there is no evidence and nothing to destroy.

Everybody who has insight into why and who destroyed this evidence knows the true reasons. The evidence was only partially destroyed to protect the lies which resulted in the Kosovo NATO war. The main reason was to protect the very influential and rich people in very influential and rich countries who are alive today because of this crime. Some of us know where the recepients of these organs are-many are citizens of Israel and others live in Western europe. The kangaroo court in the Netherlands needs to keep a lid on the truth in order to protect the perpetraitors and the benefactors of this horrific crime. NATO, the USA and the West need lies to exist-they shun the truth! But the truth will come out eventually and the story will be told and those in the US and the EU with blood on thier hands will be exposed-but it will take time.

Go and look at what evidence that was destroyed and if you look at it realistically you will have the same opinion.
You had things that could have been used organ harvesting found at a dumpsite but these same things could be found at any dumpsite in Kosovo or Albania or probably Serbia, or any war torn country. Some bloody guaze, some IV tubing, syringes, and empty vials of medicine. Not massive quantities like you would expect from a clinic. Now were these used to treat the locals or war injured or victims of organ harvesting?
However as stated by the Hague, all this was photographed and catalogued which would be just as useful as the objects themselves.

If the potential evidence was destroyed, how do you know what it was evidence for? Have you planted it yourself? Obviously it was considered non-evidence, otherwise it wouldn't have been destroyed, or? Anyway: Ask Del Ponte why she had it destroyed (a fact she always forgets to mention)...

It's difficult to understand why Carla Del Ponte would want to comment on this story - Marty's report must be an embarrassment to her: "For its part the ICTY carried out an exploratory mission to the site of the notorious “Yellow House”, though proceeding in a fairly superficial way and with a standard of professionalism that prompts some bewilderment. " (They did at least record and photograph the medical waste before destroying it.)

In any case, the report also states that the Yellow House was not the scene of any possible organ extractions, but a way-station on the route to other sites where he believes it occurred. In a few instances.

Everybody who has insight into why and who destroyed this evidence knows the true reasons. The evidence was only partially destroyed to protect the lies which resulted in the Kosovo NATO war. The main reason was to protect the very influential and rich people in very influential and rich countries who are alive today because of this crime. Some of us know where the recepients of these organs are-many are citizens of Israel and others live in Western europe.
