Kosovar people have enough protection, over 8000 police, and 2000 soldiers.

what good is a referendum. 90% of the population in Kosovo doesn't want to be with Serbia. That's the only referendum that means anything on this issue.

"Is occupation and rape an actual or an unhealthy situation? Is all that in line with (UN SC) Resolution 1244? Why do not we insist that 1,000 policemen and soldiers return (to Kosovo) to protect the Serbian cultural heritage?" he wondered.
Because like so many here they do not understand that what he is asking is illegal under Resolution 1244.
Serbian personnel returning to Kosovo are allowed to do 4 and only 4 functions:
Demining mine fields.
Maintain a presence at key border crossings (does not say control)
Maintain a presence at patrimonial sites (again does not say control and they would have no presence in the neighboring areas)
Liason between the locals and internationals (language assistants)

The other key point Serbia can insist all they want, but they have to request from the commander of Kfor and he is not bound by any number. He may agree to up to a 1000 or 15, or none. it is an agreed number and not automatically 1000.
But after 13 years it is highly doubtful that any request would be seriously considered.

They are not enough to protect themselves. They need other 1000 policemen from Kosova to keep them safe. Is too expensive don’t you think?

I don't think he has fully recovered from his 2 meal hunger strike that landed him in the hospital. If he assumes power he can be an international symbol of Serbia's strength. All future foreign aid will be in the form of food shipments.
