Since you are at it, you can probably add the words "Moon is an integral part of Serbia" to Serbia's Constitution and that way you can easily multiply Serbia's territory by a lot without having to make any expensive investment is space programs like those stupids at NASA.

While at it, don't forget to remove the wording: "Kosova is integral part of Serbia" , since it is not.

That's one of the reasons why Serbia has to change its constitution. They know it.

That is not going to happen!
The next government will be formed by SNS-DSS and this sentence will stay!

To change the constitution it will take 67% of the parlamentarian vote,which will never be achieved by LDP or any other Kosovo Albanian supporters!

So keep dreaming!

UNSC Resolution 1244 reads that the issue of local elections is related to the agreement with the international community in Kosovo. We know very well what the Constitution says, but we have to consider reality as well, meaning that all factors have to be taken into account when making the decision. We can say that the Constitution or the international law is binding for us, but what is most binding is the life of citizens and Serbia,” she explained.

For 9 years Serbia openly defied 1244, by staging elections in Kosovo against the direction of UNMIK. Now that someone has been able to fool the Serbian people into thinking that THEY created 1244 and it is totally a pro-Serbian document that guarantees Kosovo is Serbia, they must honor it and no longer openly defy it. See how the pieces of the puzzle start to fall into place. I am still waiting to see HOW Serbia is going for FORCE independence on the Kosovo Albanians.

There are 3 constitutional changes that NATO needs to throttle Serbia.

1. Serbian territorial integrity must be loosely defined so that Kosovo, Vojvodina, Raska and other lumps of Serbia can be torn away;
2. Serbian citizens must be easily extradited to NATO countries. Currently I can be arrested in Britain and extradited to an EU or NATO country for doing something that is not a crime in the UK. If, one day, a NATO or EU country (say, Croatia) declares the battle for Srebrenica a “Genocide” and imprisons anyone who questions it, then I could be arrested and sent to a Croat prison even though such a law did not exist in the UK. The British government no longer protects its citizens from malicious foreigners. Serbia will be asked to change its constitution to allow its citizens to be equally abused.
3. The Serbian Central bank must be completely free from Serbian government influence and must owe loyalty to the Bank of International Settlements (BIS) in Basel, Switzerland. The Serbian Central Bank is already controlled by the BIS, but I suspect that the Constitution will be changed so that any future “patriotic” government will be restricted in what it can do.

Just remember when voting Serbia, the Eu and the West aint what they were in the 90's and the Russians, Chinese and Indians aint what they were in the 90's. As unappealing as it sounds to some vote Radicals at least with 35% support.
