Nothing you have stated can be proved. Experts have refuted your claim that Albanians came from the Caucasus. This is an outdated theory. DNA results show the Albanians are the original inhabitants of the Balkans.
Serbs came to the Balkans much later, 7th century and gradually mixed with the Albanians. DNA results also show that Serbs came from the East, probably Russia. Historians confirm this fact. Therefore, Serbs are relatively new comers to the Balkans.
Since 1999 Cernica has alwaya had ethnic issues. Based off of my first hand knowledge and experience in the region, it has always been Albanian Perps, that were the cause of the problems in that town, FACT. And has far as who was in the Balkans First, it is hard to say, show me some ancient ALbanian Architecture, pre Ottoman Empire, without taking credit for what the Romans, Bezintines or Serbs created.

But I would tend to look to neighbors for stolen goods first.
I would say that houses in Serbia that are left vacant for months suffer the same fate. And the perpetrators never found.
