One of the posters below writing under an alias refers to this leading Serbian politician as “a moron.”

When I responded and said that that description better fitted the anonymous poster himself, B92 chose to remove this line from my post.

So is it OK to insult a named Serbian politician, but unacceptable to insult an invisible poster?

It's a joke to make us laugh. He uses the process for entertainment.

However, it is not funny.

I look forward to a considered result from the judges about the reasons why he is there.

I am not overly interested in his invented side distractions.

Designed to hide Serbian crimes? Are you for real? Is that why it's mostly Serbs who are being held there and some for years without any sort of outcome and some "committing suicide" when they can't find enough evidence?
Now Gotovina is there because there is no proof? He was found guilty and here you are saying he is innocent because there is no proof. I urge you to write to Hague and insist that they let him go because you know there is no evidence. Go on, before he serves his sentence.

yeah sure, number one he cannot sue unless he is acquitted of all charges then the question is can he win the law suit, anyone can start a process to sue anyone is a matter of you being able to prove that actually happened. No one care Sesel you are part of the party that kept Serbia behind...so quit trying to gain media attention like you know what your doing.Ohh by the way you wont be out to spent that money even if you could sue. ;)

This animal is quilty as sin, but he's right to sue because the haque tribunal is a sham, quickly created and designed by the UN and EC to hide their own crimes in Croatia, Bosnia, and Kosovo, and minimizing serbian guilt and punishment, in effect rewriting history. How can you sentence General Gotovina to 25 years with no evidence, who did everything by the book and was on the side that was invaded by a much larger army while there are serbians who actually murdered and raped who are doing less than 10 years. Convenient how Croatia is invited to join the EU right after Gotovina and Cernak were railroaded. If they do not win their appeal with all the evidence they have, they should sue too. They should sue anyway for being imprisoned so many years with no evidence. Go ask any profesional soldier, even serbian, and they'll tell you Gotovina was a brilliant model soldier that was sacrifed by Croatian leftists for Euros to rewrite history and make it look like it was everyone's fault so that's why the UN spent billions there and accomplished nothing except profiting in black market trading and becoming good paying customers at the rape camps. Yea sure they had no idea they existed. No one brings up crimes commited by the UN. Do you know why? Because they invented the haque tribunal to conceal it and draw the attention away from themselves.

That's even kookier that your "lets just print Dinars and everyone will be a millionaire and there will be no inflation" idea. It's not as though Seselj would draw support to his party from anyone but a few SNS re-turn-coats and maybe a few from DSS
(Danilo, 30 January 2012 14:32)
You are wrong, Danilo. If you lived in Serbia, you would know that Seselj has a strong following, and would be a threat to the ruling DS coalition. A coalition that is obedient to the EU and the US. It is precisely of this threat that Seselj represents, that he is being kept in the Hague for so long. I recently posted that the Nuremburg trials were held from November 20, 1945 to October 1, 1946, and the Hague cannot try Mr. Seselj in eight years? Please do not make wrongful statements about Serbs, because you just do not know.

"Vojislav Šešelj has filed a request for the Hague Tribunal to pay him damages worth EUR 2mn for violating his basic human right during detention." This is by far the most ironic statement relating to Yugoslav history in the past 30 years! I'm absolutely dying of laughter here! :-)

Sounds like he is back to his old self, so lets get the show on the road and get this over with. The court can answer those charges after his verdict,(as we know this is ust another ploy to delay the inevitable) and should he be found guilty then any monies due him should be paid to victims.

The only reason this sham trial is taking place; and the only reason it is being endless delayed, is to keep the only party leader who really opposes Serbia's NATO occupiers out of politics and out of power.

"The SRS leader believes that he should also be paid EUR 100,000 and EUR 200,000 respectively for being denied communication with his legal advisers, and his family, friends and doctors."

And I believe he should pay EUR 100,000,000,000,000 for delaying the process and for being a moron :)
