The Montenegrin Foreign Ministry announced on Monday it would back Serbia's Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremić in his run for president of the UN General Assembly.

An independent Albanian Kosovo is not. It is an administered territory under UN resolution 1244. As much as Pristina and separatist Albanians jump up and down about 1244, it is still very much alive and strong. and not going anywhere.
