The Serbian doctors say that the pacemaker is not what was needed for his heart - so it shows medical incompetence, and the Haguesters will do "something" to try and not make it obvious. Plus allowing him to die slowly and in jail is a form of torture and harassment - so a way to make him suffer.
The proper treatment would have him out of the ICTY and getting treatment in a hospital and at home.
He is not even a dangerous man - did no killing at all. They haven't been able to prove anything against him which is the real reason why the case drags on and on. If they had a clear and good case it would go fast. He has been in the ICTY prison for around 9 years. 9 years is longer than many real murderers serve.
He turned himself in voluntarily yet they wouldn't release him to allow him to work on his case.
This court DOES OPERATE ON LIES AND PERJURY. The "witnesses" were often copying testimony Serb victims sent to UN Security Council back in 1992 and reusing it but with different players.
I've seen how a Kosovo Albanian testifying circa 2002 was reusing a Serb's testimony from what happened to him the summer 1992 in Mostar. The Albanian used the same lines on the Albanians testimony was a mismatch because the lines went something like: "They forced me to eat grass. It was hot."
But the Albanian's testimony was allegedly something that occurred in April 1999 and in the mountains between Kosovo and Albania - a time and place when the weather is NOT HOT, unlike mid-summer in Mostar when the weather is very hot.
There's other examples too. They use things Serbs had said years ago - exact sentences and unique descriptions.
The "court" is an abomination.
And speaking of people "hanging" - that was what the ICTY claimed happened to Milan Babic, yet the DUTCH DOCTORS who did the autopsy said it didn't follow as what the ICTY claimed.
The ICTY claimed he hung himself with a belt and had the said belt as evidence yet the marks on Milan Babic's neck were much narrower which is something that had NEVER OCCURRED IN ALL OF MEDICAL LITERATURE.
Never at a real hanging was the marks on someones neck narrower than what he/she was hung with.
I believe the Haguesters STRANGLED Milan Babic with something skinnier than the belt and falsely claimed he hung himself and just threw in his (or a) belt.
There's been plenty of other deaths at the Hague where things don't add up.

It would have been no difference the same Serbs that claim he is being killed in prison now would have been the ones yelling conspiracy then.
The delays in trial are 90% due to defense, the 10% due to the court is due to them allowing his shenanigans. He knows the evidence is overwhelming just as Milosevic did. If he dies of unnatural causes it will be due to nationalists that do not want a high ranking Serb convicted.
