"Referendum will cause conflicts with Belgrade"

If the Referendum Result is certain, then that would mean that EULEX must sign an agreement to leave North Kosovo.

Legal Academics say that the Kumanovo Agreement is Illegal under the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties, and Resolution 1244, and therefore the Illegal Kumanovo Agreement signed under Duress can be scraped.

The UNSCR 1244 allows for hundreds but not thousands to return to Kosovo, and that that means 1,999 Serbian Police and soldiers can see to that a Referendum in Northern Kosovo can be delayed for a while.

Good! I'm glad those northern Serbs are causing a rift with Belgrade(their masters). This referendum is going to lend some nice legitamicy to The independent Kosova! How? Because they will be acknowledging the Kosova institution, all the while making a choice between Serbia and Kosova. The jokes on the Serbs because NO nation is going to accept the results of this rediculous referendum. One engages in a business transaction with the aim of not only giving something up, but of getting something in return. The northern Serbs will get NOTHING out of this all the while lending credibility to the Kosovar Albanians. Also, Im curious as to what parts of the Serbian constitution itself will this referendum violate? I mean, this would be akin to New York staging a referendum. That would totally violate the US constitution. Oh it doesn't matter anyway, this is a great circus show between Belgrade and Northern Serbs. Here we have Serbs attacking each other in a free-for-all which resembles several circus clowns making fun of each other's outfits.

What kind of conflict? Russia has to send aid to these people. Serb government just watches and talks, they're not hardly worried about helping , so how can this be a conflict except for Belgrade's own agenda! Good for you Northern Serbs, at least you have back bone!

As far as I know, the Serbian government is a representative government, so allow the people in N. KiM to express themselves, and then represent their will, Ivanovic. The Serbian government is not the will of the DS party. Do you understand the difference, Mr. Kosovo minister? The citizens of N. KiM do not want Pristina or Eulex in their backyard. They have the right to express and demand that. Why, Mr. Kosovo minister, are you trying to block them from doing so? Does the DS have their own agenda in N. KiM, contrary to what the citizens there desire?

Almost everyone is pro-serbian in Kosovo. If they are not when they arrives, they certainly becomes it after a few weeks in Kosovo. Thats the cold fact !!

So EULEX members would openly denigrate Albanians in front of you? Oh I think not. The last thing anyone of these foreigners will do is become a target as they know only too well your lot’s tolerance to no conformists.
These people would be professional enough to appear non sympathetic to either side but when you are not around they are very different. Even NATO soldiers (naturally other than the stupid Americans) start their tour of duty with being told the same story about the evil Serbs then as time goes by they learn that things are very different to the point of hating the Albanians. A couple of Danish soldiers who served in Kosovo now say that the Serbs should have liquidated all of them and if fighting starts again they will join the Serb side.

Are all the other countries ready to admiy that the result of the referendum is already determined? Some say that only few criminals from northern Kosovo are against Prishtina control, while all the other people from the region in question are loyal to Prishtina.

Yes its all too true that the majority of forces that serve in Kosovo have a much lower opinion of Albanians after spending time there and they end up being very sympathetic to the Serbs.

But if it makes you feel better yes it all nonsense and you keep thinking like that. But its funny how my predictions are not too far of the mark. Well here is another piece of nonsense for you.

The United States of Dimwits/EU action against Iran is about to send oil to a new high by spiking the price by 30%. Now that is going to help the US economy get back on its feet LOL, oh yeah as it going for 16.7 trillion by September this year LOL.
