You can't take away Kosovo from us and then slap us in the face if we won't just give it away to the Albanians who stole it just like everything else they stole.

The West politically tried to break up the Balkans and they succeeded and just because we are still holding onto our dignity you think you can just tell us to "get things done in time".

I think the EU should be concentrating on whether or not they will even exist next year, rather than treating Serbs as inferior and setting new conditions on them every single other month as a lure to candidacy and eventual membership.

Support for EU is dropping. Serbs have woken up and don't believe anything you say, especially Merkel who blamed it on her poor little injured soldiers.

Everything Serbs are seeking for in Brussels they can easily have in Moscow. Serbia can absorb no more than annual USD 5-10 Bln of investments which are quite peanuts for Russia. If so then no EU willbe needed. They need up-to-date armaments which Russia can supply. They need their dignity and their lost lands back and Russia with its multiple allies can provide it. What Serbia is really lacking of are national unity , political will and ideological independence.

There is no other alternative. Serbs MUST know this.

In 1999 YU didn't have mordern Russian armaments. During Kosovo war either it was too late to supply YU with up-to-date armaments or Russia had too Western oriented leaders who objected to it.

What it all have to do with my comment ? Do I offer Russian technologies or the Russian way of education ? With the Russian money you can have any European plants and machines. With Russian S-400 you can be sure that nobody will bomb you ect. This is the point but not what kinda leaders we have. This is our internal product we are not offering for export. Serbia needs money ,wider political support and armaments all available in Moscow with much less pre-conditions and with no limited independence as it will happen in Brussels.

Last week came the soothing words... but this week they will slap you around with demands. If Serbia was married to Germany (which is what Serbs seem to want) Germany would be in jail for abuse in any EU country. I keep reading that most Serbs want into this failing organization which is really nothing more than the Greater German Prosperity Sphere. The first thing that will happen if you're allowed in (which will never happen, but let's pretend) is the Germans will "loan" you several Billion Euros. Tadic and his cronies will get new Villas, ship loads of Mercedes' and lots of other fun stuff for your political class... Average Serbs will get a ton of new laws and regulations which will make your economy less competitive in the European market, not more. And then Serbs will have the honor of paying back the central bankers, which your failing economy won't be able to support. It would be madness. I'm not sure what you should do about Kosovo. As an outsider it's not clear to me. However, trying to get into the EU is completely insane.
