If he wanted to delay the case, then why would he decide not to call one witness? Surely he would have a list of several hundred?

There were only 7 hours left of prosecution time 3 years ago and the case was postponed by the court and still hasn't ended, with Seselj not calling any witnesses so why is it still ongoing?

What a dumb post.. he was a war preacher?? no he's not.. but even if he was it's not a war crime, it's not something he needs to be in jail for.. It's Tudjman after who carried out an ethnic cleansing as well the KLA(Serbs not allowed to return to Kosovo and most havent returned to Krajina)..

This trail has proved once againd that the Hague is an anti-Serbia political kangaroo court.. They fear that Seselj can easily beat Tadic and the rest of the American/EU puppets currently running Serbia so they won't let him out..

Pretty safe prediction: Either he will be found innocent and return to Serbia far after the election(doubtful) or he will be found guilty and spend the rest of his life in prison(probable).
