HRW report sees "little progress" in Serbia

I guess B92 failed to include the last statement in HRWs report: "Of course Serbias human rights record will improve the moment it recognizes the Kosovo UDI."

If HRW is concerned about the voilation of human rights it should go to Irak and Afghanistan and write about human rights violations commited by american soilders there.
But HRW knows that they shouldn't critisize the hand that is feeding them.

HRW is a CIA funded so called human rights organisation which holds no sway anywhere except western drones who are aligned with the US.
