Resolution 1244 do not state that Kosova is a province of Serbia. It do not state anything about who Kosova belongs to. Federal republic of Yugoslavia is mentioned but as we all know that Yugoslavia do not exist anymore.
Icty verdict on the declaration of Kosova independence wich Serbia requested do state that Kosova declaration of independece (the declaration wich made Kosova independent) was legal. It means Kosova is not part of Serbia and the reality also showes that Kosova is not part of Serbia.
Do you wrelly think that the population of Kosova will ever accept Kosova being part of Serbia ?? That will never happend!!!!

Like other comments I cannot believe Tadic is suggesting new agreements and guarantees with EU officials who do not respect existing agreements, officials that will not lift a finger to protect Serbs in Kosovo from future harassment.
There should be activation plans in place. For example if the Keystone KPS Cops continue to fail to convict racially motivated crimes then there should be some kind of penalty enforced by the Germans, The British and the Americans. Let's see some justice.
What will you give away next Mr. Tadic? It's amazing how countries will go to war for one square inch of their territory, and this fool just gives it away. After all, Tadic had given the green light to to have Kosovo stripped away when he reiterated many times that Serbia will not go to war over Kosovo, but will resolve the issue through dialogue. He said this to the very people that couldn't care less about dialogue nor ever respected a document they have lent their signature to.
