Dissidents expelled from Drašković's party

A number of officials of the Serbian Renewal Movement (SPO) have been expelled from the party after they demanded the resignation of leader Vuk Drašković.

More hack politicians desperately trying to hold onto their seats. It is less important what the party does for the good of Serbia, than to have that lucrative, cushy position in the government. The same goes for all of Serbia's parties. They (politicians) all know who they you are.

Apart from the spelling mistakes, there's nothing surprising in this at all as the whole political system in Serbia is designed to give absolute power to party heads, a hangover from Tito's time. Disagree with Pajtic in Vojvodina, you could end up in jail.
