Bye, Djelic, good luck in your new position. I cannot say that I am sorry to see you leave Serbian politics. Maybe you were one of the good guys, but you did absolutely nothing during your time in a BG big office. You just did not have the power to do anything, even if you wanted to. Serbian politics is drenched in corruption, and it will take at least a generation for it to cleanse itself. Just look at the old, recycled, career political manipulators we have in government, and the stench is unbearable. Until this trash is gone, either thrown out, or dead of natural causes, Serbia is not going anywhere. This is still a remainder from Drug Tito, and his charming legacy but, it will be cleansed with time.

I think most People are genuinely concerned about the Environment, and that what they want is a Sustainable Economy that Protects the Environment.

I think that all those who genuinely care about the environment, should insist on the Principle of all manufactured materials be 100% recyclable as soon as possible, and for this to be Global.

That includes plastics, metals, and all other materials, with the exception of things that are 100 % biodegradable like wood and paper, that can only be recycled a few times, and so it does not matter as long as plantation forests are used to replace them, and not natural forests.

There is the Principle of having 100 % employment for everyone who is physically and psychologically capable of working, and who wants to work, or to work full time in a City or possibly part time planting forests.

We need to know that fossil fuels will be used until there is none left, or if they become too expensive compared to alternative energy sources, where the price is determined by the Free Market, and not by Government Subsidies.

The way to solve excess carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is to plant billions upon billions of tress, and even cactuses and other hardy plants in the deserts, and we know that this provides habitat for birds, animals, insects, and even other plants.

The vegetation takes water from the ground and puts it in the upper atmosphere, where it creates clouds that reflects heat back in to space, and creates rain, and both of these cool the planet and water the vegetation to provide for forests.

I was told that a Tropical Rain Forest is a desert with tress on it, and that means that if the trees are not there then it will not rain.

We know that in Europe, there is a need to create jobs, to protect the environment, and to pay the energy bills.

This has to be done with the Fact that there is a shortage of Money to do these things, and with the Fact that the energy Supplier does not want to sell less energy to Europe, unless there is a trade off by another method.

I think that Europe should build its new houses that give the best insulation, and that method I think is to have the walls and ceilings covered with Plywood, because timber is an excellent insulator.

The plywood on the ceilings will need to be much thicker than those on the walls, because heat rises, and is lost mainly though the ceilings, and engineers are the ones who know the necessary different thicknesses that are needed for different climatic conditions.

Another factor is the double glazing of windows, and the use of smaller windows, and some windows can be halved in size and the glass can be cut in two for the double glazing to provide good insulation.

It needs to be said that any harvesting of timber must be done in a proper environmentally and ecologically sustainable manner, with the planting of new tress and new plantation forests as the most essential part of this program.

We know that for those Countries that do not have enough timber, that Russia has the timber to provide for the plywood, and it can be shipped as either as raw material, or as the finished product.

The European Countries can have the Money to start up this employment program, and this energy saving program, by selling some assets to a Foreign Country.

This Money should not be given the Government without proper checks and public accountability, and some of that Money could be on Barter on the promise of Russia to supply the agreed amount of wood for the insulation.

As we see, there are jobs created in each of these sectors as there will be with the collection of materials and the recycling of them.

If a Country wants to insulate their houses and other buildings, then they can say that they will pay for a calculated percentage based on what is fair and feasible of the total cost of insulating of the houses and buildings.

I think that the rich should be made to pay 100 % of the cost of their own houses and businesses, and that others will have to be means tested, with any Government Public Housing and Buildings to 100 % paid by the Government.

The work has to be done by approved Tradespeople, and above a minimum standard, and there should be many apprenticeships associated with this program.

Obviously, Economists will determine the rate of this program so that it does not cause too much inflation, and so that it can last long enough for the apprentices to receive their Trade Certificates.

This will reduce the energy bills in the future, because fossil fuels can only increase in price as they become scarcer, and the Money that is saved on the energy bills, and the many new jobs created, will restart the Economy.

Governments should realize that they are the Problem and not the Solution when they go beyond their Minimum Need and Reasons for their existence.

As much as is humanely Possible, the Economy should be Genuinely Properly Regulated Free Enterprise Economy, with Free and Equal Competition for all, and there must never be such thing as too big to fail, because otherwise it is a Fascist Mafia State posing as a Democracy.

What this means is that after the Money has been spent on this scheme, the Government should not be involved, because it will Legislate for insulation in all new houses and buildings, and for 100 % recyclable materials that will employ People and Protect the Environment.
