Ardi, the EU does not a crap about Kosovo anymore - they have bigger problems if you have noticed? They would just like this entire Kosovo issue to go away, but Albanians are not complying - they still talk about independence. Let's see how this will play out. Will it be another League of Prizren outcome, or . . . will Berlin not slap your Albanian faces agian?

Special guest in the past years were then Spanish foreign minister Miguel Angel Moratinos, Greek foreign minister George Papandreou, and Slovakia's Foreign Minister Mikulas Dzurinda.

I can understand why these three ambassadors were special guest last year, but why Portugal now, since Portugal recognizes Kosova?
