It looks like someone "forgot" to pay off representatives for the government, thats why the police were allowed to catch them.
Or it could be that some people in the governent doesn't want competition.

I'll bet that the so called "destruction" of this drugs will take place in an "anonymous place" in reality: One kilo is threwn into fire in a steel barrel, the other 109 kilos will somehow find there way into the market again...

Really? You actually took the time out of your day to make up all of that nonsense? Isn't your time valuable? This is precisely the problem with Serbs and Serbia. There's always a team of fools waiting to bang away at a keyboard with their made up stories to vilify their neighbors. Its amazing how quickly you boys conveniently forget that a few days ago your Serbian "special special police unit" was busted for selling methamphetamines (Speed)! The only part of your comments that I agree with is the last part "Well done Montenegro!" At least Montenegro's police "busted" the drug dealers instead of "BEING" the drug dealers.
