If you reform the judicial system in Serbia, and make it honest and one that adheres to actual laws, you will tear the heart out of the beast - and Serbian insiders, politicians, judges, prosecutors, etc., will resist that with all their might. When they finally must abide, the beast will be dead, and Serbia and its citizens will be able to breath again. It is in the hands of the young generations, I am afraid that the older ones have corruption so ingrained in their souls, that it can never be cleanse. Sons and daughters of Serbia, do not do as your fathers.
