Can't they simply declare the company bankrupt and reallocate the license to someone who can pay the staff?

If there is a debt unpaid, there should be a simple legal expedient of closing the company and seizing the assets.

This is not just a matter of journalism - it is also a matter of bad business practice and an example of a company that does not pay its bills. There must be lots of laws that it can be hit with.

I suggest that they pick one.

I agree! So how about being transparent about ownership of B92 ?
