I doubt any future talks will make any sense until Serbia recognises officially Kosovo independence. Even if any agreement is reached each party might find exuses to blame each other who is not implementing it.

So now we can discuss the wording of the footnote:

Kosovo*

* = self proclaimed state
* = UN protectorate
* = FYSPOK (Former Yugoslav Serbian Province of Kosovo)
* = Democratic Republic, but manipulated elections
* = Recognized by 85 out of 192 countries
* = not internationally recognized Republic
* = limbo state territory

Some more ideas?

Nothing to negotiate here - Kosovo UNMIK - as agreed on the implementation of CEFTA otherwise CEFTA agreements are all null and void regarding trade to & from Serbia's southern province. British spin or rather BS has no bounds!
