The Croatian citizens elect a commo gov. and all breaks loose. When the defenders were protecting the town and getting blown to oblivion. The commo fat cats who are now running the country were hiding in ZG like scared rats. To also say that the Croats started attacking the JNA first in Dubrovnik is utter stupidity. The Croatian gov. will pay dearly for allowing war criminals like that pig of a muslim pilot to walk the streets freely...sramota!

The media war, the Croat forces first attacked some Serb monuments in the city an attempt to provoke them, and then when the JNA arrived, fired at them from the old city, knowing that when the JNA attacked, the world would see images of them bombing historical monuments. Unfortunetly the JNA high command was too stupid to see this, and as a result, the Croats got exactly what they wanted, a victory in the propoganda war.

and the tooth fairy actually pays cash for your teeth.

Those croats had the audacity to fire on the JNA with AK 47's , because we all know russian handheld weapons will defend you against artillery , mortars, grenades, snipers and fighter jets.

Im fairly certain the current Serbian military would strongly discourage any thought you may have of entering its ranks.:)

Honeslty , you just made my day !!!!

Still today I don't know what the purpose was to bomb Dubrovnik as well as other coastal cities in Croatia? I'm all for serbs defending themselves and their property but this act was meaningless and counterproductive. I do hope the guilty ones will face justice, if they haven't already.

"Wow! I for once agree with you MikeC. Haha! Lets all agree to leave cultural and historical monuments/buildings etc out of the fight. They cannot be rebuilt nor can they defend themselves."

Hmm! I hope you also agree with me that the destruction of all those churces and monasteries in Kosovo in 2004 were also a war crime? And you are right, they cannot be rebuilt and they cannot defend themselves.

Mike yes it could be considered overkill, but yes they were targetting many non-native(to Dubrovnik) Croatian infantry, whos aim was to, like Vukovar have a city/town defend them, than to defend the city/town. The JNA was seen in many Dubrovnik videos attacking groups of armed militia. JNA special forces at the begining were a bunch of fatcats whos reputation far exceeded their ability and bravery to go in, so officers were left with less specialised means to target the enemy.
