Slovenian outgoing foreign minister Samuel Žbogar was appointed on Friday as the European Union's special representative to Priština.

A typically unimaginative appointment by Brussels yet again where the politics if making small members states feel warm and fuzzy trumps other concerns, but on the other hand, this is no monkey job like that of two faced Kacin. This is a proper diplomatic role and calls fir proper diplomatic behaviour, something Kacin never could manage. Yet again, I wonder if Kacin has been allowed to join the EP's 'Friends of Serbia' group as he claimed was his untention a while back?

This time the president of Slovenia, Zoran Jankovic is Serbian himself, the situation is definetly different this time.

Sorry, Kenny, you are wrong. Slovenia is no friend of Serbia. They were not during the days of Yugoslavia, and certainly not today.

You couldnt be any more wronger (and ignorant).
When and where does he "spew serb hating garbage"? Just because he doesnt say the things you want to hear?
You're right, he might not be a super model. But does it matter? Tadic may look like George Clooney, but that doesnt make him a better politician and the majority of serbs here would agree, judging by their comments.
And obviously a LOT of people listen to him, otherwise they wouldnt have appointed him for this position. Everyone should be happy with a Slovene, as they are the closest thing you can get as a good mix of Balkans and western Europe.
