Serbians travel to Macedonia with IDs

As of midnight on Friday, the Serbian citizens will be able to travel to Macedonia with IDs only, Interior Minister Ivica Dačić told Tanjug on Friday.

For you who are lucky to be young enough not to remember the old communist time, until some 20 years ago, you only need it an ID card to travel in ex-Yugoslav republics and the provinces. And it was a common education & health care system and people could get job anywhere they want it.
