If Ratko Mladic is a terrorist then your beloved US can join those ranks. The US MURDERED 100,000 Iraqis and not a peep out of anyone including the human rights groups. Who did Mladic attack that did not attack his people? What did he do except defend his people? For me he is a hero and will remain so.
If you don’t understand what has happened in this particular case then here it is. Bozidar was changed under terrorism laws, but it’s obvious as the nose on your face that he is only a petty criminal and nothing else. He did not bring those arms to launch any assassination attempt. These are facts. Here is a not too bright man trying to make some money selling arms.
Albanians are loathed throughout Europe because they make up the largest groups in prisons because of their criminal activity. Yes every society has criminals and you will find Serbs in various prisons, but their numbers are less than the average whereas Albanian exceeds that average by far.
In the last 10 years there have been a total of 7 incidents involving Albanians and terrorism in the US. The US has been very careful to hide them because it would not look very good to have their allies trying to kill them.
The Hague tribunal is a kangaroo court or show trial such as Stalin had in the 1930s. It’s not there for justice, it’s there to punish those who dared to make the US look like a fool. Look at its record, a Serb goes in he get 20 years; a Croat or Bosnaik or Albanian they walk in the front door and out the back.
I suggest you get an English dictionary and look up the meaning of terrorism.

Sj, your double standard mind is exaggerated. Depend on what is meaning of terrorist for you. In another your post Mlladic was a hero. If you classify Mladic as hero will be difficult to find terrorist between Serbs. If Mladic is hero, Bozidar if result guilty, is an angel.
As for Albanian I challenge you. Please list all terrorist Albanians that have done terrorist act in USA. Please provide us will information of which terrorist organization they make part. How many victims they have caused?
I make you this challenge because I have another concept for terrorism. I consider terrorism an organization that with a political or religious scope cause innocent and civil victims for ethnic, politic or religious reasons. When I say this I have in mind for example all persons from exJugoslavia that are charged in Tribunal of Hague. Do you agree?

Albanians condemn the acts of Albanian luantics. Some Serbs glorify them and hail them as heroes.

Big difference, don't you think?

C'mon SJ, Peggy etc. Everybody was foaming at the mouth with joy when the Kosovar was arrested for planning a terrorist attack in the USA. Well, here is your own countryman being charged with "Terrorism".

How ironic don't you think?

Before you wet yourself with excitement please read the following extract very carefully”
“Stanišljević, however, has denied that there is any connection between the weapons found in the sports hall and the celebration of the RS’ 20th anniversary that was attended by top Serbian, RS and Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC) officials.”
This guy has been working at this site for a couple of decades and all he is guilty of is criminal activity, that’s all. He was not there to assassinate anyone. His plan was to sell these weapons at a certain point in time. What do you think that the security forces would not have found these weapons? A day or two before a general lock down of that stadium the security would have gone over that place with a fine tooth comb.
No one has ever said that there were no criminals amongst the Serbians. There are elements within every society. The terrorism charge was only been laid to hold this man pending further investigation by the aurthorities and will be dropped in due course and other charges will be brought against him for criminal activity.
As you live in the US you must have seen this happen many times where police lay charges then drop them because investigations lead to other areas?????
Even if this guy was a terrorist he would be one in millions amongst the Serbs. The Albanian in the US was not the first nor will he be the last – your US authorities have to hush up their allies transgressions otherwise the average Joe would begin to ask “why the hell have we brought freedom and democracy to these ???? when they want to kill us”.

The difference is, there is still no evidence saying this guy planned a terrorist act. As where your Albanian friend had a plan to do so. And it says he is being accused not "charged".

My guess is that he is just another smuggler/weapons dealer.
