Yes, I do. But do you read the articles before you write? It was about the family members (wife+son) who found shelter in Russia, and who are wanted by the Serbian state prosecution for their crimes, not about the ex-YU president Slobodan Milosevic (who was tried for war crimes in the Hague and unfortunately died before convicted)

Well it isn't right for Russia to sign this with the puppet government in Belgrade which persecutes Serbian patriots at the request of the evil NATO western agents.

Dont you think regardless of the severity that one is supposed to answer for their crimes? If I go into a supermarket and steal candy I can be arrested and put in jail. This is why Serbia has problems, there are people like you that make committing a crime acceptable as long as its not "Mafia" or "war crimes". So go steal cars kids, sell drugs, rape women, beat people up for no reason.

Well, in case you conveniently forgot, Serbia considers Kosovo to be her province -- and Thaci is inside Kosovo and hence could be argued to be legally "within Serbia" as stated by you. In case of the family Milosevic, it was surely not 'insufficient cooperation' or 'complicated procedures', but only the Russian government's decision to grant asylum for these alleged criminals wanted by Serbian prosecution.
