GLENN, thats a very clever way of putting things, but they are not 100% true. If you do live there, which sound suspicious to me, somebody named glenn living in Kosovo, then you should know that Kosovo has been a part of Serbia for a long time. You should also realize that undermining the legitimate and elected governemnt is just about as against the law as you can get. From what i gather im guessing your american(which i could easily be wrong). Now imagine in new mexico the mexican majority elects its own officials and then chooses to ignore the laws of the USA. What would happen? Hell would be brought down on those mexicans. As for me not making sense, im not sure what you dont understand? ONce you are committing a crime then your rights as a citizen change a little. In this case this is a illegitimate politician trying to operate in Serbia, which is criminal. Therefore you will not be granted free travel. Now if only we could do that for the albanian drug brigades we would really start to feel success. Thats probably the best solution to put the hurt on the k. albanian economy stop the heroine trade.

of orthodox serbs and orthodox albanians "in traditional albanian clothing" leaving together. and if these same people return, what would it mean? What do you mean? the same race of people exist on the same land some have become muslim other still the same.

@Robert, what does that have to do with this article in any way? Thanks for the info, but find a more relvant article to discuss about that terrorist.

@Ivan, Thank you! Duh, how could we all be so foolish and forget all that? Bless your heart Ivan. One problem though: the reality in the ground is 180 degrees different.

Kosovo has no "borders" because Kosovo is not a state. There is only provisional line of ceasefire between territories under control of legitimate government of Serbia and territories under control of rebelious forces.

Lets get something straight, Pristina is within the jurisdiction of the legitimate serbian government. Serbia is recognized i nthe UN, Kosovo is not. So for that reason we cannot let illegitamate politicians into our country. What did they want in Serbia anyway? There wont be any reciprocation from belgrade to a false government. What will albania do when the US dollar is brought to its knees and it doesnt have the funding to protect its interests around the world? WHat will they do when america isnt there to lie to the world about whats happening in Kosovo?
(Ivan, 12 January 2012 22:57)

Ivan, upon reading such drivel, I couldn't help but to respond. First off, whatever it may be, Prishtina is certainly not within the jurisdiction of the Serbian government. Best case (for Serbia) is that Prishtina is within the UN's jurisdiction, but in reality, the EU is the overseer, and Prishtina is self-governing.

As for your not allowing "illegitimate politicians" into Serbia, that makes no sense. If Serbia doesn't recognize the Kosovo government, then it is impossible for anyone to be a representative of an entity that doesn't exist, so as far as Serbia is concerned, all members of the Kosovo government are just private citizens.

I am not sure about who is lying to whom about what is happening in Kosovo, but I live here (and have for a while), and I expect that the reality in Kosovo is nothing like what people in Serbia are reading, hearing, and imagining.

Nice words from the snake but who is so naive not to see that it's an attempt to show his "fair" & "ethical" qualities. I can predict that Thaci will be making these kind of statements in the near future (probably he was told to).

Sorry EA, but reciprocity can kiss my ____ because your fake state doesn't exist according to the United Nations. It's still legally Serbia's and independence was only declared at a 'personal' level & not at an official level that's why it wasn't "illegal".

Your country is going nowhere, unemployment is too high and nobody likes you. Our people will return in the near future I am sure of it.

Considering Self-Determination is barely able to block one road by themselves without asking people in Albania for help, this looks like another "victory" Thaci will most likely claim for himself :)

I understand both Thaci's and Kurti's logic about the events. The bottom line is that any relationships with Serbia MUST be based on STRICT RECIPROCITY. A classic example was the refusal of entry to Serbia of a Kosovo polititian because he is a polititian. Exactely the same should be applied to Serbian polititians.
(EA, 12 January 2012 19:50)

But Tadic was already told he wouldn't be allowed into Kosovo in the future.

Thaci says won't allow blocking of "borders"

As 'Self-Determination' is his own creation, if he gives the orders, then they'll do what he says. The group is expressly more threatening to make Thaci and his criminals seem 'moderate' by comparison. It acts with immunity and with the open consent of Thaci because it does what he wants. It would exist if he didn't want it to. End of.
