This guy is in a lot of trouble for good reason and it is best to treat the whole thing like an assassination attempt. But, he sounds a little over equipped for an a serious assassination attempt. There were explosives, but no bomb making equipment. There was ammunition, but we don't know that it actually was for the weapons found. The same goes for the silencer. Was it attached to any of the firearms? For a real assassination attempt just one of those weapons alone with a stock of ammunition for it, or a constructed bomb was all that was necessary. And we assume that the assassins would be foolish enough to leave it around to be found. And where was this stuff found? In a locker? I don't think this is bad as it looks.

IMHO Tadic should beware some Bosnian Serbs who might not like extradiction of Mladic. What if Mladic saved personaly a man or his family?

He likely wanted to carry out this attack to inflame tensions as most people wouldn't have believed that it was a Serb who did it. The truth wouldn't have come out until after the chaos settled.
