"Meanwhile in Priština, Albanian language media claim that "Kosovo will be represented at regional and international meetings by its name with an additional explanation saying that there is no prejudice as to the stands of countries regarding its status"."
Does it mean "Kosovo (UNMIK)" instead UNMIK-Kosovo?
Or "Kosovo (UDI in accordance with UN1244)"
Or "Kosovo (self proclaimed Republic)"
Or "Kosovo (recognized by 80 out of 192 countries)"
Or "Republic of Kosovo (only partially recognized country)"

This round of dialog is not about Kosova participation at regional meetings, but its rather to stop Serb politicians from walking out like cowards from the said meetings.
