Wrong again. The referendum will confirm the wishes of the K-Serb people in the North through a democratic mandate that they will have nothing to do with the temporary and illegal institutions in Pristina.

That's not what the referendum question says, dear. Go and read it. And please don't tell again that Serbs formulated the wrong question (like the ICJ one :) ).

In case you have not read it, according to B92, the question says "Do you support the forming of the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo in northern Kosovo and Metohija". It says nothing about "temporary", "illegal", etc. etc. The only thing that is clear is that the "Republic of Kosovo" exists according to the referendum question, unless who wrote that question was hallucinating.

What will German KFOR troops in the North do, physically prevent people from voting.

Prevent people from voting ? Why ? They can vote three times a day if they so wish for anything they wish.

"Samardžić told a news conference that all northern Kosovo Serbs support the referendum and staying within Serbia"

We understand that they support the referendum which recognizes that the "Republic of Kosovo" exists in reality. However they never said that they want to stay in Serbia and the referendum question is not about that.

That will dissipate the claim by internationals that Kosovska Mitrovica Serbs support Pristina and further strenghten their hand. What will German KFOR troops in the North do, physically prevent people from voting.
