Croatia expand its jurisdictional space into Serbia will not the answer but the negation of any validity of Serbia law while Serbia try rule over all space of the former Yugoslavia, Croatia needs sends a clear signal to Serbia that its elite´s aim of reconquer Croatia like now Serbian province is not acceptable on any form that can be tried.

Crimes against humanity are supranational and do not stop a borders. Has she been awake for the last couple of decades? If Croatia and Serbia continue to harmonize their laws with the EU, then their citizens will be subject to the EU wide European Arrest Warrant. Failure to deal with issues at a domestic level (for whatever reason) means that the issues become eligible to be elevated to supranational courts such as the European Court of Justice in Strasbourg. I may be wrong, but I do believe that both Croatia and Serbia have adopted the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) in law.
