Priština team head: Dialogue technical, not political
Kosovo team chief Edita Tahiri has reiterated Kosovo government’s position that the dialogue only encompasses technical issues.

The only representation Kosovo may attend is the regional drugtrafficing meetings in Dures, Albania, and the human organ harvesting sumit in Turkey. At least its something.

Why soon? Kosovo is already now represented, for example in CEFTA, as UNMIK-Kosovo.
