KLA war crimes group to face retrial

The Court of Appeals in Belgrade overturned the ruling that sent KLA's Gnjilane Group to a total of 101 years in prison for murder of civilians in 1999.

And none of them could provide enough evidence to prove one defendant guilty of anything?

Serbia should introduce the death penalty! these criminals cannot be rehabilitated and locking them away is a waste of tax payers money!

If possible, I would like to know some more details about this last turn of events. When this trial started long ago, we read plenty of details on B92 involving cut heads, ears and hands and similar gruesome stuff that turns stomachs upside down. Now, we read that "reasons are elusive and contradictory to a great extent". Which reasons?
