they got head problems in the croatian government, they change their minds like i change my shorts. what are they suing for the genocide they did in WWII or is it the ethnic cleansing they did with the world help even they couldnt even do that war on their own in the 90s. so remind me again what are they suing for. the lands of krajina is and will be serbian lands again sooner or later because those are serbian lands and not croatia. the serbs never attacked nobodys land but deffended their own lands and dalmacia and istria is also not croatian lands but italian and slovenian i think and since there is no yugoslavia they could claim those lands just like the serbs should claim an take to courts the land that is theirs krajina.

Does not mater anyway both they (since as many see that they started the lawsuit) and consequently us should levy these charges on individuals,im not saying the government in Zabgreb is good or anything. The idea of a lawsuit of genocide as a charge is stupid because there were atrocities commited, not genocide. Its going to be no good to the victims of either side if both governments blame entire nations. What on earth do the millions of other people who are citizens of these countries in the YU region have to do with any of this?,aside from the victims obviously. Thus individuals have to be targeted, which to date i have to admit Croatia needs yet to show more.Instead of being bossed around by that fake court in the hague we should solve our own issues.

I fear the Croats will never rid themselves of their crippling inferiority complex when it comes to relations with the Serbs. Even now after 20 years of independence they still dwell in Serbia's shadow. They rant on about their so-called cultural superiority, but live with the burden of their genocidal history. All the arrogance and chauvanism in the world won't change what happened in 1941 and again in 1995. I read recently that some churches were paying homage to Ante Pavelic. This is akin to Germans praying for Adolf Hitler. Very sick indeed. Good luck EU for welcoming people like that, because you're going to need it.

Good. Bring it on. This way the current treasonous government in Serbia will not have an excuse to drop the genocide lawsuit either. Croatia needs to pay for the two genocides they infliced on Serbian people - they have not paid a cent yet. In fact, that commie Croat Tito rewarded them for it after WWII, by making Dalmatia and Istra part of Croatia, and the stupid Serbian communists accepted it. Can you imagine? After Jasenovac, which even made German SS soldiers sick, they were awarded with more territory by Tito and not a peep from Serbian partisans.

Serbia needs to sue Croatia, big time. Reparations are in order, and the evidence is absolutely overwhelming.

Croatia was banking on Serbia opening it's archives in 2011 which they hoped would provide a gold mine of super duper fantasticated evidence. With this supposed evidence not forthcoming they withdrew the law suit.

the croats still do not know how much serbian property and assets have been seized and unaccounted for. Seriously, governement records of propert ownership, etc would have solved this problem. Still, there are many Serbian people who have provided governement documentation and still have not been recognised as the legitimate owners, nor have been rightly compensated in any case. Can any one give me a legal definition of what is happenning- government seizure of lands for all aliens and non gratia to those people. How I love the EU

I think its stupid as well but one country in YU simply cant break of ties with another Ari.When will people realise that individuals committed crimes and not entire nations.Just jointly levy the charges against individuals.

This is stupid. Why do we even care about relations with Croatia? Are there some Croatian billionaires dying to invest in Serbia but somehow cant? I don't see the need to even have good relations with the Croatian state. It is a genocidal entity that serves no benefit for Serbia to have good relations with.

I understand the business side of it however, so let the private sector have as much relations as they want. If you see a chance to make a profit with a Croatian company and as long as its legal then do that.

But to think Serbia needs to restore diplomatic and strong political relations with this country that was built off ethnic cleansing and genocide before that, is ridiculous.
