Serbia is running out of money. They can't afford to send him on a holiday in Moscow so they settled for a cheap one in Kosovo. His politically correct move would be to celebrate Ramadan in Sarajevo.

You simply can't avoid the conclusion that "EU" concepts of democracy and free-speech are whatever Brussels selectively decides. Actually there has been very little said in the media or elsewhere of any type of reaction from the EU. All that has been printed has been about the reaction of Serbian leaders. I think the so called vote has been pretty much dismissed by everyone else, I certainly have not see anyone doing furious backflips as you suggest.
A visit to Kosovo and Metohija might clear some of the mist he has been looking into. Lets hope like the Italian soldiers found, he finds some spirit. It aint all about the EU, thats their mistake.
