Unfortunately Croatia is in a position of power here, they don't have the economic and political problems that we have. Their picture is not all milk and honey to be sure, but they have been buying Serbian industry and business for 10 years. Today, Croatia is the 6th largest investor in Serbia which is stunning considering there are 23 Eu members and that's not including Russia, the US, China.. 10% of Serbs rely on Croatian investment for a salary in a country where the unemployment is over 20%. Now they are joining the EU with access to capital and markets which means the discrepancy and trade imbalance is only going to worsen since we didn't even get membership status! Our poor leadership and corrupt system sold us into this mess and now we want to argue about law suits. If arguments and principle fed us we would be fat as Americans instead the future is dark and the outlook is bleak. Then again anything to get the attention off of our empty wallets and aimless existence is a welcome distraction...but an unnecessary distraction.

IMHO it's because Croatia was allowed to ethnically cleanse unloyal minorities. No people - no problem :(

You are mixing private enterprise with the government. Croatian investment is private money and has nothing to do with Croatia’s government or its policies. These investors would never have bought into Serbia if they could not get a good return.
Croatia has the same level of unemployment as Serbia and its only viable industry is tourism and that is only for four months of the year. Slovenia has moved industry to Serbia for the same reasons that Croats have decided to invest there.
About six months ago Kosor went to a factory near Zagreb (I think it was to inspect an expanded section) and she mixed with the workers when one man asked why has her government not put effort into attracting foreign investment into Croatia. She answered “Successive Governments have made every effort on that front but we are too small and foreign investment will not come to Croatia” – HTV, Dnevnik.
The problem is that Serbia had to be punished for not seeing the beauty of freedom and democracy and the EU propped up places like Slovenia and Croatia. Joining the EU is meaningless to the ordinary citizen because if the government is broke so are they. The EU wants all the former states of Yugoslavia to work together to ease the pressure on the EU budget.

@Snapper, I agree with you. They have stop playing politics when it comes to justice to innocent victims.
Who is going to tell it straight? Who is going to speak for the victims?
This yellow belly Tadic government has insulted our victims enough by being the ONLY one to make an apology and hand over every person the Hague wanted even though everyone knows their fate once there.

Victims are being insulted twice by arresting the very people who tried to protect them.

Sounds to me like the Croats have recieved some legal advise not in there favour. ie Propaganda and make believe does not stand up in legit courts.
Neither law suit should be withdrawn in the interest of documenting the facts for the sake of future generations, otherwise, the tit for tat will continue.
